The Marcbella Agentic Healthcare AI Platform is a specialized web system built for a BPO company serving client organizations in the healthcare sector. The client's primary operational bottleneck stemmed from relying on generic AI assistants to generate clinical notes. When handling high volumes of varied patient information, those standard AI models frequently produced inaccurate, hallucinated, or inconsistent responses, causing severe delays in note creation and agent workflows. Additionally, the company suffered from a lack of a centralized employee management system, making tracking operational activity fragmented and inefficient.

To solve these challenges, we built an automated, AI-driven platform that drastically accelerated the clinical note generation process while boosting output accuracy to over 90%. Furthermore, we centralized employee operations by implementing unified database tracking for time and attendance alongside automated salary computation based on verified work hours. The platform features two administrative dashboards providing high-level visibility into total output metrics and individual employee performance.
